Hotfixes April 26th

April 26th

Changed

Following our recent updates to creature product values, we noticed the changes didn’t have the impact we had hoped for. To further enhance the experience, we’re introducing additional adjustments to make creature hunting even more thrilling and rewarding!

Increased the Silver value for creature products across all quality tiers:

  • Common: +157%
  • High: +157%
  • Superior: +157%
  • Artisan: +193%

Now, to balance the overall economy with these new improvements:

  • Aether Rift treasure item values have been slightly reduced.
  • All Marketplace listings for Creature Products that can be sold to NPC Vendors have been reset.

April 22nd

Changed

  • Temporarily disabled the Login feature on the RavenCoins Shop (Xsolla Page) while we investigate and address an issue affecting it.

April 20st

Changed

  • Reduced the minimum Guild War bid from 5,000,000 silver to 2,000,000 silver.

April 15th

Changed

  • Reduced the withdrawal request cooldown (Land and RavenCards) from 72 hours to 24 hours.

April 14th

Changed

  • Temporarily disabled Party interactions via the Social window while we investigate a potential issue linked to recent lag spikes.

April 12th

Changed

  • Reduced Silver costs for clearing Death Debt. At lower levels, Silver costs have been reduced by ~30%, while higher levels see proportionally smaller reductions.
  • All PvP deaths within the Plunder Channel are now treated as Unjustified Deaths, resulting in a 50% reduction in Death Debt costs.

This change aims to make large-scale PvP encounters more accessible and lower the entry barrier for players considering participation in Plunder Channel.

  • Slightly increased the Plunder Channel entry fees per level to help balance the recent silver cost reductions.

This adjustment aims to strike a middle ground between the previous and current values — keeping entry costs lower for low-level players while increasing the appeal of rewards for higher-level players.

April 10th

Changed

  • Significantly reduced Plunder Channel entry costs, as current values were still too high for most players.

Added

  • Resolved an issue where Ocean Creatures were generating disproportionately high Effort compared to land creatures.

April 4th

Fixed

  • Resolved an issue where the Mining passive Swift Quarrying was triggering more frequently than intended.
  • Resolved an issue where a disclaimer UI was improperly displayed when interacting with the Hungry Munk for the first time.

April 2nd

Added

  • Introduced a new feature that dynamically monitors the Token price and automatically reflects it in-game for purchases involving $QUEST.
  • Enabled $QUEST Withdraw (Game → Website) for players who have reached Legacy Level 15. This action can be performed by clicking on the $QUEST Balance in the Inventory. The withdrawn amount will appear in the Website Balance page.
    • Additionally, enabled $QUEST Depositing (Website → Game) and Withdrawing (Website → Passport).
  • Players will now receive 10 Non-Ascendable Standard RavenPacks upon getting a $QUEST Pass (requested to withdraw from Game → Website).

April 1st

Changed

  • Updated the northern entrance to Gilead City through the Ruins of Gilead by repositioning the stairs near the bridge to be outside the cave and connecting the upper mountain stairs to the city below.
  • Updated the Tradepack route to and from Gilead to properly incorporate the northern bridge leading into the Ruins of Gilead.
  • Slightly reduced Glory Shard drop rates, with higher reductions concentrated on the Small Glory Shards.
  • Removed a total of 18 normal Rift creatures across the entire Rift map, primarily reducing 1-2 creatures from central chambers.

We've received feedback that dealing with the overwhelming number of creatures inside the Rifts can be difficults at times. To address this, we're implementing this change to make progression through these otherworldly caverns more manageable

    • Applied QoL adjustments to the Currency Exchange UI to make it more intuitive.
    • Added a warning if your offer is 15% below or 15% above the current market value.
    • Added a tooltip to better explain what the Custom Exchange Rate is.
    • Currency Exchange taxes are now 1% Listing and 3% Sale.
  • The first $QUEST Chest for Merchant Influence is now available.

Please note that all $QUEST Chests will only be granted to players once they are past the Tutorial.

March 26th

Fixed

  • Fixed an Issue on Bullrush skill that in certain conditions it could make player invisible.
  • Fixed an issue where players from community land were being kicked to the entrance while on house mode

March 22th

  • Increasing the fish variety, by moving some shoreline fish into the Ocean Fishing Pool of Fish. With this, these previously Shoreline Fish have received an up to 48% increase in Silver value to account for them becoming Ocean Fish.

Fixed

  • Resolved a new issue where a Fishing Pool could still spawn ontop of the current pool as soon as it depletes.
  • Resolved an issue on the Adventurer's Board where boosters could be changed after completing the board.

March 21th

Added

  • Players can now open 25x RavenPacks at once! When using this option, the UI will display the 5 and 25 rarest Cards obtained.

Changed

  • Applie additional adjustments to Fishing.

Check more about it in the Discord announcements!

Fixed

  • Resolved an issue where the Login Streak Bonus Chest was being incorrectly reset under certain circumstances. Players affected by this issue will have their Fame restored accordingly.
  • Resolved an issue where the Auxiliary UI for Transport was not opening correctly, preventing players from equipping attachments such as Cannons, Plates, Fishing Nets, and more.

March 19th

Changed

  • Increased the cooldown between fish spawning checks;
  • Reduced the minimum fish required before a new spawn check;
  • Decreased the minimum number of fish on the shore by 30%;
  • Decreased the minimum number of fish in the ocean by 30%.

Fixed

  • Fishes (regular and legendary) now correctly drop when a player dies - for all your pirates out there wanting a cut of Fisher's hauls
  • Players can no longer enter a Safezone after engaging in combat while in the ocean.

March 18th

Changed

  • We are reducing the maximum amount of fish that can spawn in a fishing node by 33%. The minimum amount is not being changed.

Dev Note

While we know fishing is strong early into the RavenQuest Journey, after going through significant data today, and comparing to all other content's silver production in RavenQuest, it is not in a place where we feel it needs a reduction to it's direct silver output. However, we do feel the maximum amount of fish that can spawn in a pool, especially shoreline pools, is currently too high. We are reducing the pool to have a very small offset to fishing and encouraging more exploration for fishers.

Fixes

  • Resolved an issue where the extra basic attack granted by the Blitz Passive could incorrectly trigger additional basic attacks from itself, at times retriggering 5 times in a row.

March 17th

Changed

  • Plunder Channel is now enabled. Experience, Loot, and Tradepack value bonuses have been reduced to 10%, as the channel is being introduced 7 days earlier than planned.

We will be closely monitoring data related to the Plunder Channel throughout the week.

Fixed

  • Infamy now correctly decreases as intended.

March 15th

Changed

  • We identified an issue with the skill Air Aura in combination with the Toad Farseer RavenCard. The skill will be temporarily disabled until a fix is implemented, which we expect to be very soon.

Fixed

  • Guilds now properly appear in the search function.
  • Social and Party features no longer return an error stating that players do not exist.

March 14th

Fixed

  • Fishing skills are now functioning as intended.
