Adventurers, as we look ahead to the challenges and content coming in the next months, it’s important to have a clear view of where we stand today. To help with that, all minor updates implemented after the Munk Madness Expansion are present in this post, organized by date.
This collection serve as both a reference and a foundation for the journey ahead — making sure no detail is missed as we move forward together.
Looking for older Changelog posts? You can find them here:
Changelogs ー Before Munk Madness

You asked. We listened. This patch is a collection of quality of life improvements, economy adjustments, and features that have been on the community's wishlist for a while now - and rather than hold them until the Rise of Tyrants Expansion on May 23rd, we wanted to get them into your hands today!
With today’s update, we’re making several targeted changes to strengthen the Silver economy long-term. Silver is the backbone of RavenQuest's in-game economy, and also directly strengthens the utility and value of $QUEST, and for it to mean something long-term, it needs strong sinks, demand and utility.
We know no one cheers for silver changes at first, but we also know everyone wants to see Silver be valuable. Everyone benefits from a strong, stable in-game currency. These are the first changes of many that are coming already in today’s update, allowing us to see how these changes unfold over the 11 days leading into the Expansion before dropping additional planned changes..
With this Patch, the Marketplace has also been completely overhauled with features that fundamentally change how you trade - multi-stack listings, instant order matching, price trend tracking, favorites, and a reworked $QUEST marketplace design. These are quality-of-life improvements that have been at the top of your feedback lists, and we're excited to deliver them prior to the full Expansion coming May 23rd!
Feed the Munk
The Feed The Munk System Exp-to-Ticket multipliers have been updated to better balance contribution values between raw and refined materials. Cooking and Alchemy consumables now have an initial 0.35x EXP multiplier when donated. Which has been leading to Cooking & Alchemy Feed the Munks being significantly overpowered compared to other professions, and leading to an increased shortage of these materials despite significant generation.
Additionally, the Silver tax for Feed the Munk has been increased to 25 Silver per EXP. We want to be transparent about why: Feed the Munk has been one of the most heavily used product sink systems in RavenQuest - and with virtually no downside to spamming materials into it, it has created a persistent material shortage that affects the entire game economy. Even with this change, Feeding the Munk remains the most efficient way to earn Ravenpacks by a sizable margin. This adjustment is a targeted Silver sink designed to strengthen the long-term health of the silver economy, but also with important long-term impacts on the material economy.
General
The Silver digit limit in both the Marketplace and player-to-player trades has been significantly increased. You can now list and transact in the billions, making high-value trading safer and more seamless than ever.
The $QUEST discount for in-game activities — including Crafting, Waypoints, Farming, and more — has been adjusted to a flat 10%, ensuring more balanced and sustainable long-term utility for $QUEST across all systems.
A 4% Silver tax has been introduced on player-to-player Silver trades. We want to be clear: this applies only when Silver is exchanged directly between players, bypassing the Marketplace. Item trading between players remains fully intact — you can still trade gear, materials, and any other items peer-to-peer without restriction. This change addresses a loophole that has been quietly reducing Marketplace activity, weakening Silver sinks, and widening the gap between new and veteran players. The tax is automatically deducted from the recipient's total and is clearly displayed in the trade interface.
Improvements to the Marketplace
The Marketplace has been significantly upgraded with new features & enhanced QoL. Here's everything that's coming:
1. Multi-Stack Listings
No more listing items one stack at a time. You can now create listings for multiple stacks in a single order! List your full quantity of items at once and get back to Adventuring.
2. Instant Order Matching
Buy Orders now automatically match with existing Sell Orders the moment price conditions are met. Orders fill from the lowest available price upward until your quantity is met, ensuring your get the best purchase automatically. If an order is only partially fulfilled, the remaining quantity stays active as a pending order.
3. Average Price Trends
The Marketplace now shows average price trends for supported items, giving you real data to track how prices move over time and make smarter trading decisions. Note: Equipment items are not yet supported due to their variable Attributes.
4. Favorites
Mark any item as a favorite directly in the Marketplace and find it instantly in your new dedicated Favorites tab. The items you trade most are now always one click away.
5. Negative Filters
You can now filter out specific attributes from Marketplace search results. Negative filters work the same as positive filters: simply click the checkmark a second time to activate exclusion mode.
6. Supported Currencies
Buy with $QUEST, with the Seller receiving Silver has been removed from the Marketplace. Instead, Sellers will receive $QUEST directly when a buyer chooses to use $QUEST as their purchase method. When listing a Sell Order, Sellers will have the ability to toggle off $QUEST if they wish to only offer Silver as a Buy method. Both Silver and $QUEST are accepted by default, with a simple toggle to adjust your preference.
The Marketplace tax remains as usual, applied in $QUEST based on the current Silver exchange rate where applicable.
Your Completed Orders tab now shows the total received in $QUEST, while 'Price per Piece' stays standardized in Silver to keep market comparisons clean and consistent.

General
Puff Pastry, Vegetable Broth, and Herbal Alcohol are now categorized as Base Materials, allowing them to contribute toward quality progress during the Crafting minigame.
Adjusted Safeguard's interaction with PK status: Players who use Safeguard on an ally with PK status will now correctly join the combat state. This prevents defensive players from unintentionally gaining PK status when attacking a target protected by Safeguard.
Fixes
Queen's Charge (Naturalist) now correctly enters cooldown in all movement and status conditions.
Fixed an issue that could allow players to access the Plunder Channel after its scheduled closing time.

Fixes
The Morningstar Bishop (Dawn’s Light) RavenCard is now dealing damage as intended.
Fixed an issue where Community Land farm tiles could not be used properly.

Fixes
The Screenshot Mode now automatically disables upon logging out or closing the client to ensure a clean and stable interface for your next session.
The Aether Echoes UI now resets properly for the Party Leader if a party member receives an "insufficient scrolls" error.
Sharks near safe zones can no longer become stuck after using their dash ability.
The Character Status UI now updates instantly when consuming Mana and Health Regeneration foods, accurately reflecting active bonuses.
Equipping the Cloak of Chivalry now correctly updates the Moa's movement speed stats in the Mount UI.
The Anti-Healing Venom debuff description has been cleaned up to accurately reflect the skill's effects.
The Maddening Gaze creature skill now functions as intended, ensuring its effects are applied correctly during combat.
Players who die after completing an Aether Echo will now correctly return to their original Effective Level in case they have been synced to the boss difficulty level.
Equipping a totem when swapping from dual-wielded weapons no longer causes the weapon's skill to disappear from your action bar.
The Story Quest "A Feast for Crows" now correctly updates its interactable objects when the creature dies automatically, allowing players to proceed without interruption.
Characters no longer experience movement locks when the Sinister Sigil’s Fear is applied to targets with Crowd Control immunity.
Dying in the Fields of Despair no longer prevents the Map screen from appearing, and the Death Penalty screen now triggers without delay.
Fixed an issue where movement debuffs could persist far longer than intended under certain conditions (such as dying inside Aether Rifts or logging out as the effect expired). In some cases, these debuffs could last for weeks. This fix resolves the root cause. Players who are still affected can remove the debuff by using Purify or by entering an Aether Rift if the issue persists.

Fixes
All Crowd Control effects are now correctly affected by Crowd Control Immunity.
Weapon buffs (Whetstone, Handguard, and Charms) are now correctly retained visually after death when applied.
Moa Mount UI filters now remain active and function correctly when selecting a Moa or navigating between pages.
The Spearhog Raven Card now correctly increases the damage per tick of Viper Arrow when used with Snaring Shot.
The message displayed after multiple failed login attempts has been updated to improve clarity and now indicates the duration of the account lock.
Glacehearth Broth now correctly grants the 7% movement speed bonus on foot, and the effect is properly displayed on the buff icon after consumption.
Tooltips in the skill tree and action bar during Expeditions now correctly display RavenCard rarity and passive/skill types, and remain visible when hovering over skills, passives, and RavenCards.
Character visibility now remains stable when activating or deactivating weapon shine while using Reaper’s Eclipse. Outfit adjustments no longer interfere with the intended visual behavior of the skill.
Celestial Barrage (Archery) has been updated to correctly reflect its intended functionality: it now applies a 3-second snare to targets hit, plays the appropriate snaring animation, and properly grants full immunity to crowd control effects while channeling the skill.
Removed incorrect icons from the Minimap on the lowest floor of the East Hadarak Hogs area. These icons were not associated with any ladders or stairs and were causing visual clutter.
Fixed an issue caused by a rounding error in the Augmenting System, where certain Augmenting Levels were granting stat increases earlier than intended. In some cases, this resulted in an extra stat point being applied prematurely, causing the following level to provide no increase. With this fix, stat progression now follows the correct scaling. Gear with this issue will not recalculate its status unless a new Infusion is added to it, and as a consequence, some items may show a slight decrease (e.g., 1–2 DP) depending on their current Augmenting Level.
Fixed an issue with Dawn's Apotheosis (Holy Legacy) where players could no longer target enemies after removing their own armor and weapon while casting the skill (only when the equipment changed the player's maximum health). Players can now correctly target creatures and other players.
Fixed an issue where certain NPCs were spawning with duplicate chairs.

General
Updated Warband eligibility requirements for Guild Wars: Warbands must now have at least 5 active players with MMR to participate, preventing the creation of “ghost Warbands” with inactive members. Bids placed by Warbands that do not meet this requirement will be refunded.

General
Increased the drop rate of Pistrine Moa Feathers when releasing Moas for Nestrings, and added a small chance to obtain them when releasing Moas for Attachment Feathers.
Fixes
Fixed an issue where disenchanting RavenCards did not properly update their Renown contribution.

Fixes
Fixed an issue where Gem Conduits were not being properly accounted for in the Gemstones UI.

General
Experience gained from Aether Stones now correctly counts toward the Experience Tracker.
Added a new Experience Tracker entry under Hotkeys → Interface, allowing players to assign a hotkey to quickly enable or disable the HUD element.
The Experience Tracker will now properly hide when the "Hide UI Elements" option is enabled in the Settings menu.
Fixes
Fixed an issue where battle status was not synchronizing correctly between players, which could allow characters to body block passages in Peace zones. Players can now pass through each other normally once battle status ends.
Players can now correctly cast Life Touch (Naturalist) after receiving Safeguard from another player, even if that player is defeated during a Duo Rift.
The Hex skill now correctly applies its normal effect, and players no longer remain transformed into a toad after changing their outfit color.
The Character UI can now be moved to the bottom of the screen even when the Outfit tab is open, with attached windows automatically repositioning to ensure proper spacing.
The Old Rook's shop now displays correctly after completing the interaction with NPC Old Rook
Fixed a typo in the "A Cold Burial" quest dialogue. The text now correctly reads "It seems to be blocked."

1st Anniversary Event 🎉
The celebrations in Ravencrest come to an end! The Seasonal Hub will return to its usual state after the update, as decorations are packed away and any leftover Anniversary Cake is shared among the city's NPCs.
To all Adventurers who stopped by for a slice (and came back for more), thank you for celebrating RavenQuest's First Anniversary with us. We look forward to party with you again next year! 💗

1st Anniversary Event 🎉
The celebration begins! To mark RavenQuest’s 1st Anniversary, a limited-time event and a special commemorative reward have arrived for all Adventurers.
Starting now, every player who reaches Legacy Level 20 and completes the North Star Quest of the same level will earn a brand-new companion: the Bandit Pet.
Upon completing the quest, players will receive a special item in their inventory that unlocks the pet when used. Adventurers who have already surpassed Legacy Level 20 and completed the North Star Quest will automatically receive this item upon logging in.
This will be the exclusive way to obtain the Bandit Pet, making it a unique reward to commemorate!
But the celebration doesn’t stop there. Two massive Anniversary Cakes have appeared in Ravencrest, and Adventurers are invited to take a slice! Each cake grants a powerful temporary buff and can be used once per day, resetting at server reboot.
To make sure no one misses the festivities, all players will receive an in-game mail announcing the anniversary celebration and its rewards.
The 1st Anniversary Event will be available from March 13th to March 20th, so gather your allies, claim your rewards, and join the celebration!
General
[🤝] Items that can be burned using the Bag of Alchemical Oil now support interaction by pressing F, allowing players to interact with them directly instead of only through right-click.
[🤝] Applied the following adjustments to Plunder Channel:
Silver Bounty has been increased by 10x.
Tradepacks created and sold in the channel have +15% increased value (instead of 10%).
Fish caught and sold in the channel grant +15% increased silver and materials (instead of 10%).
Due to the Silver Bounty adjustment (which also affects the channel’s entry cost), all players will need to pay the entry fee again to access the Plunder Channel next Sunday.
Reintroduced the following Global bonuses to Plunder Channel:
Experience from killing creatures and loot rate are increased by 10%.
Infusion drop rate in this channel is increased by 10%.
Fixes
The word "Strength" is now displayed correctly in the Moa Bond interface.
The description of the Carnival Moa Trophy has been updated to include information about its 5% permanent bonus.
The cutscene with NPC Rowan in Ostera is now properly triggering after delivering the required Morningstar item to access the Tiger Bug respawn.
The passive Flow of Magic is now correctly triggered by any channeling skill.
Healing passives are now correctly triggered by healing skills, including Morningfox Ninetails (Circle of Light), Dawn's Light (Phoenix), and the third cast of Flash Heal.
Iced Fruitmilk with the Nourished passive now correctly displays a single buff icon with the proper 37-minute duration, with both the movement speed effect and the food effect into one indicator.
Fixed an issue where players would become invisible after using the Legacy Shadow skill changing their outfit color.

Fixes
Fixed an issue that could occasionally cause Large Community Lands to charge the weekly tax earlier than intended. Players who were affected by this issue will receive refunds over the next few days.

The Plunder Channel Returns! 🏴☠️
Following community feedback, the Plunder Channel is back — bringing intense PvP, high risk, and powerful regional rewards back to the world of RavenQuest!
This time, however, the Plunder Channel will appear as a limited-time weekly event, creating a focused window where players can clash, compete, and plunder for profit. Instead of being permanently available, the channel will open for 24 hours each week, from Sunday (server reboot) until Monday (server reboot), starting on March 8th, 2026!
Think of this format almost like a recurring Plunder Beta. Running it in shorter windows allows us to observe how players engage with it, gather feedback from the community, and iterate on the experience more quickly. Our goal is to use these weekly windows to experiment and refine the mode over time. It also opens the door for us to try out ideas the community has suggested, such as special variations like a “Hardcore Plunder” weekend where entry fees are paid in $QUEST, or other twists on the formula. For now, this is just the starting point, and we are excited to see how the mode evolves week by week!
Channel Bonuses
Some of the economic incentives of the Plunder Channel remain active, rewarding players who take the risk of trading and gathering in a fully PvP-enabled environment:
📦 Tradepacks created and sold in the channel have +10% increased value.
🎣 Fish caught and sold in the channel grant +10% increased silver and materials.
However, the following global bonuses that previously existed in the Plunder Channel have been removed due to the introduction of the Regional World Buffs (explained below):
+10% Experience from killing creatures.
+10% Loot Rate from creatures.
+10% Infusion drop rate.
These changes help shift the focus toward regional objectives and hotspots, instead of global passive bonuses.
Regional World Buffs
While some of the previous global bonuses have been removed, the Plunder Channel now introduces a Regional World Buffs System, similar to the mechanics used in Conflict and War regions in normal channels.
From now on, each region inside the Plunder Channel will grant one of the following bonuses:
✨ +20% Experience from creatures.
💰 +20% Drop Rate (Silver & Loot) from creatures.
🔥 +25% Chance to receive double materials from Open-World Gathering.
These bonuses are distributed across regions on reboot, and all three buffs will always be active somewhere in the world, encouraging players to travel, compete, and fight for control of the most valuable locations.
Plunder Rules
All core Plunder Channel rules remain unchanged. PvP is enabled everywhere with no Infamy penalties, and Infamy cannot be gained or reduced through any means while inside the channel.
Upon death, players will drop a chest containing most of the entry fee they paid to access the channel, which can then be claimed by other players. To continue playing after dying, players must pay the entry fee again before returning to the Plunder Channel.
Additionally, a few structural adjustments were made to how the channel works. Monoliths cannot be triggered inside the Plunder Channel, and to start there will be only one Plunder Channel available globally: North America.
High risk. High reward. And now, every week.

Party Bonus Event – March 3rd to March 10th
It’s time to gather your squad and hit the grind together! From March 3rd to March 10th, Party EXP & Loot bonuses will be doubled, making group play more rewarding than ever!
For reference, these are the normal (base) bonuses:
2 Players: 25% Bonus EXP & Loot
3 Players: 32% Bonus EXP & Loot
4 Players: 39% Bonus EXP & Loot
5 Players: 46% Bonus EXP & Loot
6 Players: 53% Bonus EXP & Loot
During the event, the scaling will be adjusted to:
2 Players: 50% Bonus EXP & Loot
Each additional party member adds +14% Bonus EXP & Loot
Make sure to group up and and make the most out of this limited-time boost! 🚀

Valentine's Event
Love filled the air, chocolates were recovered from the depths of Expeditions, and Munk Sweetheart’s Logistics of Love ran (mostly) on schedule… but every season must come to an end!
As of February 27th, the Valentine’s Event is no longer active. The following changes have taken place:
Valentine Choco-Hearts are no longer rewarded in Expeditions and can no longer be obtained through any means.
Munk Sweetheart has departed from Ravencrest and is no longer available.
Event tokens can no longer be exchanged for rewards.
The Munk Carnival map has returned to its original state.
Additional Rewards Distribution
The rewards for players who logged in during the event, as well as the exclusive rewards for Landowners and Munk PFP Owners, will be distributed soon. We are currently collecting and validating event data to ensure everything is properly delivered.
We hope you enjoyed spreading love (and collecting sweets) during this year’s celebration. Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make this event special!
Until the next seasonal surprise… 💕

Fixes
Fixed an issue where the Carnivorous Leech condition (from the Sporewalkers family) was lasting longer than intended.
This update resolves the root cause of the issue. However, players who are still affected will need to use Purify (Holy), die or enter an Aether Rift to properly clear the condition.

Optimizations
Applied several optimizations to widget visibility handling, especially with opening the Inventory, significantly improving performance.
The passive Sins of the Many has been reworked following a balance adjustment to support engine and client optimizations:
New Effect: Using healing spells now increases Healing Power by 4% for 12 seconds. Stacks up to 5 times.
The passive now triggers when casting specific healing skills.
Each eligible healing skill grants 1 stack.
If already at 5 stacks, additional triggers will refresh the duration of existing stacks instead of adding new ones.
General
Players can now interact with the pillar during the Story Quest Sands of Conquest to trigger the Dynamic Event Eye of the Storm.
Fixes
Fixed melting ice interactions in Glaceheart to enable additional passages to creature spawns.
Fixed an issue that could cause the game to freeze when opening RavenPacks, moving up or down stairs, and similar scenarios.
Fixed an issue where the client could crash when videos were looping. This improvement enhances stability in several instances, including Login Screen, Carnival Wheels, The Munk Shop, and Skill Previews.

Staking Season 2
Season 2 of $QUEST Staking officially begins today, February 17th!
For the next 60 days, a total of 40,000 $IMX will be distributed to $QUEST holders, continuing our commitment to rewarding long-term conviction without inflating the $QUEST supply.
Season 1 showed the strength of this community. Season 2 builds on it.
To transition between seasons, the Website will undergo a short 1-hour maintenance on February 17th, 13:00 UTC. This is simply to finalize the rollover from Season 1 to Season 2, and you do not need to take any action:
Your staked $QUEST remains staked.
Your milestone bonuses remain intact.
Any unclaimed rewards will remain available for you to claim at any time.

Additionally, as shared in Valentine's Update Notes , after Season 2 is live, you will be able to use the new Withdraw & Stake feature directly in-game, allowing you to withdraw and stake in a single action, with zero silver cost!
Season 2 begins today. Rewards continue. Conviction continues.
General
The House Decoration Heartfelt Bouquet can now be properly placed in houses.
The Gemstone Transmutation Boost event has ended. $QUEST rewards from transmuting Gemstones have now returned to their normal rates.

Munk Carnival
The Munk Carnival is back! 🎉

The Lucky Wheel now features the Suave Suitor Cosmetic (1000 Renown), and the current Bandit’s Bounty Board objective (collect 2 Legendary Pets) remains active, with all new Legendary Pets counting toward completion:

Lastly, a new Lucky Raffle is live: Head over to the Munk Carnival, find Cornelius Goldwhisker, and join the raffle for a chance to win 1× Large Land (SBT)!
Step right up and enjoy the Carnival, Adventurers! 🎪
Fixes
Access to the Glaceheart Lake spawns has now been properly enabled. Additional shortcuts to these locations will be added in the near future.
Fixed an issue that prevented players from planting crops on their Community Lands.

Fixes
Following last night’s fix for the issue where Fame Rewards were not being correctly accounted for in the Fame Daily Chest, we continued working on restoring the missing Fame from previous days.
Unfortunately, we were unable to fully recover all Fame data from the weekend. However, we successfully restored the sources with the most significant impact: Expeditions and Guild Wars.
The recovered Fame from these activities has been already applied during the maintenance and will be included in today’s Fame Rewards distribution.

Fixes
Fixed an issue where Fame Rewards were not being correctly accounted for in the Fame Daily Chest.
While the issue should no longer occur from now on, this fix does not apply retroactively. Our team is actively working on restoring the Fame that was missed in the affected days, up to the point when the issue was first introduced.

Fixes
Fixed an issue that could cause the client to crash when using stairs or when entering Rifts and Expeditions.
Fixed an issue that prevented some characters from logging into their accounts correctly.

Fixes
Fixed an issue where items stored in secondary backpacks were not visually updating after actions such as Infusion, Augmenting, Reforging, and socketing Gemstones.

Fixes
Fixed a client crash that could occur when opening the Munks tab in the Withdrawable Inventory.

Fixes
Fixed an issue causing Dice Games to award more Stubs than intended when using Carnival Chips.

Second Guild Expeditions Tournament
We are excited to announce that RavenQuest’s Second Guild Expeditions Tournament kicks off today after the maintenance!
For 14 days, Guilds will battle for an enormous prize pool featuring over 1,500,000 $QUEST and more than $100,000 worth of Soulbound Land. This is your chance to dive into Expeditions, secure valuable Gemstones, and compete for the largest leaderboard prize pool we’ve ever offered! 🏆
Access the Guild Jewels Leaderboard here !
Season 2 Rule Change
Based on feedback and observations from the first tournament, we have introduced an important update:
Jewels now count toward a Guild’s Leaderboard score based on the Guild a player belongs to at the moment the Jewels are obtained.
This change prevents last-minute guild-hopping and ensures fairer competition throughout the event. While the diplomacy and drama of Season 1 were entertaining, we believe this update creates a more competitive and balanced environment for Season 2.
Sharpen your weapons, prepare to delve deep for treasure, and get ready to prove which guilds truly dominate Expeditions in RavenQuest! ⚔️✨
Emberveil Event
The Emberveil Seasonal Event has concluded!
Players can no longer collect Emberveil Gifts, Merry Emberveil Gifts, or Father Beard Tokens, nor purchase event-exclusive rewards.
All NPCs related to the Emberveil Event have been removed.
All six Emberveil Dynamic Quests have been deactivated.
Ravencrest's map has been reverted to its original version prior to the Emberveil event.
Related to the Event items:
Father Beard Token remains in players' inventories.
Emberveil Gift and Merry Emberveil Gift remain in players' inventories.
Items previously obtained by exchanging Father Beard Tokens with the Merry Munk remain in players' inventories.
Thank you for celebrating the Emberveil season with us! May the embers fade, but the memories and rewards you earned continue to light your journey.
Fixes
Updated the material requirements for crafting Radiant Plank: Radiant Catalyst required has been increased from 1 to 2, following the same pattern as other recipes. Affected offers have been removed from the Marketplace.
Updated the Frostrisen Shards effect description on the Frostrisen Skeleton’s RavenCard, which had not been properly updated after earlier changes to Snaring Shot.
Fixed an issue that could prevent Guilds from being disbanded when active Guild Buffs were present.
Fixed an issue where slicing a fish with a full inventory caused excess materials to be dropped on the ground.

Creature Spawns
The following spawns were originally designed as high-level hunts aligned with player progression. In practice, however, they ended up being less popular than a literal pit full of sharks. The main culprits were suboptimal creature distribution and an unbalanced ratio between melee and ranged enemies, making these areas harder to enjoy than they should have been.
We’ve heard your feedback loud and clear. These spawns have been reworked to improve navigation, offer more engaging rotations, and provide better rewards for players who take the time to master them:
Mushrooms beneath the Festering Wetlands (The Blotch)
Zorians beneath the Corvo Lighthouse (Rohna Woods)
Vampires at the Sovereign’s Crown (Forsaken Mountains)
Shadowfoxes beneath Skorn’s Desolation (Fields of Despair)
Hookmasks beneath Aurum Hold (Zephyr Vale)
This is just the first wave of spawn improvements. Expect further and more impactful changes after the Christmas break!
General Changes
Adjusted the drop rates of Expedition Chest rewards to bring Gemstone acquisition closer to levels prior to the introduction of Tier 8 gear materials.
Fixes
Emberveil Dynamic Events now properly trigger a global notification when they start, clearly indicating where the event is taking place.

General Changes
Implemented performance improvements to reduce lag spikes during gameplay. This should result in a smoother experience, with further optimizations planned for future updates.
Updated the PvP respawn time progression to provide smoother scaling across consecutive deaths:
Respawn timers now increase more gradually and extend further for higher death counts.
The PvP respawn timer will now only reset 1 hour after the first PvP death, instead of 30 minutes.
Fixes
Fixed an issue causing Food Experience pools (Legacy, Gathering, Crafting) to not be consumed correctly.

General Changes
While we work on a new depth added to the Aether Monoliths (and coming with the Winter Munk Carnival Update on the 17th), applied the following adjustments to Monolith Fatigue debuff:
Increased the damage taken under Monolith Fatigue from +100% to +175%.
Removed the Death Debt penalty reduction for PvP deaths while the Monolith Fatigue is active.
Fixes
Players now correctly receive Aether Rift Potions even if their inventory is full.

Gemstone Weekend
The 3x Gemstones Weekend is LIVE! Dive into Expeditions this weekend and rack up triple Gemstones with every run. The event wraps up Monday at reboot, so don’t miss out!

General Changes
Attacking or killing a player in a War Zone no longer applies the Zone Lock debuff.
When a Guild successfully claims an Aether Monolith, all Guild members who receive the Monolith reward now gain Monolith Fatigue for the next 2 hours. Monolith Fatigue is only active inside War Zones that currently have an active Monolith, and only affects PvP combat. Players with the Fatigue will have:
– 75% Damage Dealt
– 75% Healing Done
+ 100% Damage Taken
We have received significant feedback about guilds capturing a Monolith and then immediately moving to other channels or regions to disrupt additional Monolith battles. Fully blocking channel or region swapping after a capture would require an extensive system overhaul (especially for region transfers) so instead, we have introduced a more practical solution.
Monolith Fatigue heavily reduces their combat effectiveness to prevent guilds from snowballing Monolith advantages across multiple War Zones while still allowing players the freedom to change channels or regions if they choose. We will keep monitoring Monoliths fights to make further adjustments if needed.
Balance Changes
Warforged Precise Aim (Pistol)
The skill now applies a 15% reduction to the target's Weapon Defense on critical hits, and this reduction lasts for 3 seconds.
New Description: Target your enemy's weak points. Each critical hit applies a 25% slow on your target for 2 seconds. Precise Aim lasts for 8 seconds and the slow can be re-applied on each successive critical hit during this time. Warforged: For the next 8 seconds, all your critical hits reduce your target's (Weapon Defense) by 15% for 3 seconds. New stacks refresh the duration.
Poisonpetal Lotus (RavenCard)
Viper Arrow no longer applies poison.
The damage is now instant adaptive damage based on Adaptive Power.
Consuming Aether increases the target's skill Mana or Health cost.
New Description: Viper Arrow no longer applies poison, but deals instant (Adaptive Power) adaptive damage. Increases the Mana or Health cost of the target's skill by per 10 Aether consumed. Increased target's Mana or Health costs last 8 seconds.

General Changes
The Munk Carnival is taking a short break! It returns soon this year, packed with exciting new games and rewards!

General Changes
Aether Rifts
Added two new consumables designed specifically for Aether Rifts: Rift Mana Potion and Rift Health Potion. These Potions aim to improve pacing and resource availability within Rifts while maintaining the integrity of the broader game economy.
These potions can only be used inside Aether Rifts and cannot be purchased from Vendor NPCs.
Upon starting a Rift, each player automatically receives 3× Rift Mana Potions and 3× Rift Health Potions.
The potions are placed directly into your Quest Inventory and may be added to the Action Bar.
Leftover potions are removed after the Rift ends. If you continue into a new Rift, a fresh set will be granted.
We will be closely monitoring the introduction of these potions to ensure they enhance the Rift experience as intended, and we will adjust values / the amount of potions granted if necessary.
Guild Wars
The Munk Provisioner NPC has been relocated and is now positioned inside each Guild’s base.
When a Warband enters the Guild Wars map, the Munk Provisioner becomes accessible inside both teams’ bases; however, players will not be able to purchase items from its shop at this stage.
Once the 30-second countdown for the War begins, players are granted access to purchase items from the NPC.

General Changes
WarZones
Players will no longer receive a Skull for attacking others inside a WarZone.
All PvP deaths within WarZones now generate a Death Debt equal to 20% of the normal value.
All Infamy debuffs are now ignored while inside a WarZone.
Aether Monoliths
Added a countdown to the region tooltip on the World Map, showing when each Monolith will become active.
From now on, only players located inside the WarZone region will receive the Fame reward for claiming an Aether Monolith. This reward now applies to all players, not just those with Guild Crests.
From now on, each Monolith has its own unique channeling time, as listed below:
Gilead ー 60 seconds
Elder Coast ー 70 seconds
