[FF] Season 0 Recap & What's Next

Adventurers, what an incredible first voyage! 🏴‍☠️

After almost two weeks of treasure hunting, fierce PvP encounters, daring escapes, and countless fortunes won and lost, Fortune's Frontier Season 0 is officially coming to an end this Friday (October 30th)!

First and foremost, we want to extend a massive THANK YOU to every Adventurer who joined us on this journey. We have received so many positive messages about how fun Fortune's Frontier has been to play, and seeing the community embrace this brand-new experience has been incredibly rewarding for our entire team.

But remember: Fortune's Frontier is a seasonal Game Mode, and Season 1 is already on the horizon! ❤️

Season 0 is the opportunity to see Fortune's Frontier come to life with an entire community exploring its systems, pushing its limits, and discovering new ways to play.

Our team worked quickly to deliver balance adjustments, gameplay improvements, and fixes based on what we observed and the valuable feedback shared by Adventurers.

And there's plenty to celebrate! Once Season 0 concludes, we will be sharing some fun statistics and highlights from the season on our Discord , showcasing what the community has accomplished throughout its very first voyage!

We will continue building on all the feedback from players during the Beta Season, we have a long list of improvements we will be making for Season 1, with a strong focus on Shard stacking, Solo & Duo competition - not purely Clan based competition, and expanding on systems player enjoyed most.

Season 0 was just the beginning. Season 1 will have the same fun foundation that has already made Fortune's Frontier so beloved, however a dramatically improved experience for new players, solo players & Fortune's Frontier as a whole.

The race for glory is entering its final stretch! 🏆

With Season 0 coming to an end on October 30th, Adventurers have just a few days left to climb the Leaderboards and secure their place among the Frontier's very first champions!

Throughout Season 0, players have been competing across different Individual and Clan Leaderboards, battling for recognition, exclusive rewards, and a share of the $10,000+ Clan Leaderboard reward pool!

From dedicated Treasure hunters and RavenCard collectors to fierce PvP competitors and Clans rallying their communities together, the competition is still heating up, and every point counts in these final days!

Your Season 0 Rewards

And there's even more good news for the winners!

As previously announced, Leaderboard rewards will be delivered not only to your Fortune's Frontier characters but also to your RavenQuest characters, allowing your accomplishments from S0 to be recognized beyond the Frontier.

To support this, RavenQuest will receive a dedicated update (currently planned for October 30th) to bring these rewards into its world and also implement systems such the Frontier Emblem Shop, which will support this all.

But Leaderboard rewards aren't the only things making their way into RavenQuest!

While each season brings a fresh start, your accomplishments don't simply disappear when the season ends!

Several rewards, currencies, and account-bound unlocks earned throughout Season 0 will remain available when Season 1 begins, while selected rewards will also become available in RavenQuest.

What Stays With You for Season 1?

◈ Leaderboard Rewards — Adornments, Weapon Shines, and Player Titles.

◈ Cosmetics & Collectibles — Cosmetics obtained through the Fortune Wheel and the Shop.

◈ Currencies & Tickets — Remaining Frontier Coins, Fortune Wheel Tickets, Cosmetic Tokens, and Frontier Emblems.

◈ Frontier Pass — Players who purchased the Season 0 Frontier Pass will retain their access to the Season 1 Pass.

◈ RavenCards — Eligible Adventurers will carry over up to five of their highest-rarity RavenCards into Season 1.

Before Season 0 ends, you can break down or upgrade your existing Cards to influence which ones are selected for carryover! If multiple cards share the same rarity and there aren't enough slots for all of them, the selection among those cards will be random.

The end of Season 0 doesn't mean the end of your adventure. In fact, for many Adventurers, this is where it continues or this is where an entirely new journey begins!

From the very first Fortune's Frontier DevBlog, we shared our vision of creating a game mode that would introduce new players to the RavenQuest universe through an accessible, fast-paced, and competitive experience.

Fortune's Frontier was never meant to exist in isolation.

Your Season 0 Rewards Are Coming to RavenQuest!

As previously promised, selected Season 0 rewards will also be duplicated to RavenQuest, including Frontier Emblems, Fortune's Bounty Bundle cosmetics and unlocks, and eligible Leaderboard Adornments and Player Titles.

These rewards will be shared rather than transferred, meaning they will remain available in Fortune's Frontier for Season 1 while also becoming available in RavenQuest.

Whether you are stepping into RavenQuest for the first time or returning to an existing character, your accomplishments in Fortune's Frontier can now help you progress even further!

Introducing the Frontier Emblem Shop!

Alongside the conclusion of S0, RavenQuest will soon receive a new update to introduce the Frontier Emblem Shop!

With this upcoming update, your earned Frontier Emblems will also be granted to your RavenQuest characters, allowing you to exchange them for valuable rewards in the persistent world.

Designed for both newcomers and veteran Adventurers, the Shop features progression-focused items to help newer players advance through RavenQuest, alongside exclusive cosmetics, Pets, equipment-related rewards, and other collectibles.

Your adventures in Fortune's Frontier are about to open new opportunities in RavenQuest! And while we prepare for Season 1, there's never been a better time to explore it!

The Pirate Isles may be quieter after October 30th, but our work on Fortune's Frontier is far from over!

Season 0 was always meant to be a valuable learning experience for our team: an opportunity to see how the game mode performed under real conditions, how Adventurers approached its systems, and which areas would benefit from further improvements.

While we worked to deliver improvements throughout Season 0, we are already preparing an additional wave of changes for Season 1, aimed at making the experience smoother, more balanced, and even more rewarding.

Among the improvements we are currently planning are:

◈ Greater Focus on Solo & Duo Gameplay — We are looking to shift the focus toward Solo and Duo experiences, including changes to the Leaderboards, placing less emphasis on Large Clan competition and creating more opportunities for smaller groups to shine.

◈ More Dynamic Island Entry Points — Instead of always entering the islands through fixed Waypoints, Adventurers will be able to arrive at a wider variety of locations across the map, making each Incursion feel more unpredictable and dynamic.

◈ Hidden Player Names — We are working toward hiding player names while exploring Shards, adding another layer of uncertainty to encounters with other Adventurers and making each interaction more exciting.

◈ Healing Power & Island Requirements — Continue improving how Healing Power contributes toward the Attack Power / Defense Power requirements for entering higher-difficulty islands.

◈ Tutorial Skip Option — An option to skip the Tutorial, allowing Adventurers to jump straight into the action and begin their seasonal adventures even faster.

Thanks to your participation and feedback, we now have a much clearer picture of where to take Season 1, and that's just the beginning. Our team will continue refining existing systems, addressing community feedback, and exploring new opportunities to make each season feel even better than the last.

More information about S1, including its upcoming improvements and launch schedule, will be shared as we get closer to its release.
